In short: Tuerqui doesn't collect any of your data. What you log stays on your iPhone. No accounts, no servers, no ads, no analytics.
What the app stores and where
Your car's details (make, model, engine, registration date, mileage), maintenance records (dates, costs and notes) and trips are stored only on your iPhone. Tuerqui doesn't send them anywhere and we can't see them.
If iCloud Backup is turned on for your iPhone, Apple includes this data in it, as it does for other apps. That backup is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.
Reminders
Reminders (ITV, service, oil, tyres and mileage) are scheduled on your own iPhone. They don't go through any server. You can turn them on or off at any time in iOS Settings.
Calendar
If you use “Add appointment to calendar”, the app opens the iOS Calendar new-event screen. Tuerqui doesn't read your calendar or store anything from it: you decide whether to save the event.
When you write to us
If you use “Send feedback”, your mail app opens with a message to hola@tuerqui.com that includes the Tuerqui and iOS versions, to help us with your request. It only reaches us if you send it. We use your email address only to reply and never share it. You can ask us to delete it by writing to the same address.
This website
tuerqui.com uses no cookies, analytics or forms. The calculators run in your browser: nothing you type is sent anywhere.
What we don't do
- No sign-up or accounts.
- No ads and no tracking across apps or websites.
- No analytics or third-party tools inside the app.
- We don't sell or share data, because we don't have any.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app from your iPhone deletes all its data. To delete a single record or trip, you can do it in the app.
Children
Tuerqui doesn't collect data from anyone, children included.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll say so here with the new date.
